Snow-walking
                                                                                                                                                             Snow-walking

SNOW-WALKING
Colorado, 2000

Around me a poem, zipped imagery
of whiteness: Purity. Peace.
Priceless. A fairy wonderland,
each fractal worth a million words.
Humbly, I ask, Are these slender
shadows of short grasses casted
onto glittering snow-drifts or the
 intricate designs of Nature's tracks,
less wondrous than should I know
them by their name? And can you
understand intended meanings
of my words? Does this painting
talk to you the way it gives me voice?
